I am from Maryland interested in majoring in Peace and Conflict Studies and minoring in Chemistry. I'm interested in understanding the biochemical interactions that lead to mutations and cancer. I'm excited to join the Fera Lab to understand biochemical research better.

I'm from suburban Philadelphia, PA interested in majoring in biology and minoring in history. My scientific interests include understanding the biochemical reactions that give rise to some of the worlds' most viral diseases and studying how we can develop therapeutics against infectious diseases. Outside of the lab, I enjoy swimming, graphic design, and rooting for the Philadelphia Eagles and Sixers!

I am an honors chemistry and course biology major from New York.  My project focuses on determining the structure of an early HIV antibody from the DH270 lineage and analyzing its binding to an Env.  When I’m not in the lab, I enjoy dancing and baking.

I am a double major in Biology and Medical Anthropology from New Jersey. I am currently working on identifying the unfavorable characteristics of three antibodies (1A102R, 1AH92U, and 1AZCET) that derive from the same unmated common ancestor as CH103 HIV bnAb lineage. If I’m not in lab, I’m most likely working on my latest woodworking project in the Wood Shop or at the Matchbox.

I'm from Hanoi, Vietnam and studying biochemistry and psychology at Swarthmore. I've studied flu antibodies using negative stain EM since I joined the lab in 2017, but I'm currently working on the BRAF protein in the MAPK/ERK pathway in my last semester here. I love working in Fera Lab because I have the chance to learn about so many cool techniques and become an active contributor to research in the field that interests me. When you don't see me in lab, I'm probably running around the neighborhood, boxing in the wrestling room, watching basketball or football, or reading in my room. I'm also obsessed with animals and Studio Ghibli!

I'm majoring in Biology. My current project focuses on mapping glycosylation sites of the CH505 and CH0848 Env throughout infection on the BG505 Env. When I'm not in lab, you can find me in the dance studio grooving or in Palmer kitchen baking orders for my business Toscah Bakery.

I’m an honors biochemistry major. I work on examining affinity maturation in the antibody lineage CH103 which targets HIV. I'm interested in chemistry, music, and video games.

I'm from Lahore, Pakistan. I'm prospectively planning on pursuing an Honors Biochemistry major, and a special major in Health and Society! My interest in immunological research stems from my experiences living and working with individuals living with the most dangerous forms of chronic illness. Learning about these diseases and alleviating the quality of life of all sorts of people living in such conditions is my passion, and the main reason I made it a goal to join the Fera Lab. I'm excited for what's to come!

I'm a chemistry and penguin loving student from California who is interested in pursuing a Honors Biochemistry major. I'm fascinated by the biochemical interactions within the body and their relationship to rapidly evolving viruses. Outside of lab, I'm fond of singing, baking, and penning poetry.
